So today I got a little bit creative and I put together my own training schedule for everyday leading up to the race. I know that I am going to have to push myself hard to meet some goals so it is a pretty aggressive schedule. I wanted to place an emphasis on running since I believe that running will be my weak point. I will only be taking one day off a week and the rest of the time I will stay focused and I am going to make an attempt to never miss a training session.
I will be doing most of this on my own but from time to time I might let Dave tag along.... I tend to get very embarrassed when I do any type of physical activity in front of other people so I will start by getting comfortable in front of Dave and hopefully work my way up to training with other people on a regular basis. Hopefully I will be able to stick to it!
